We undertake a formal "Project Closure" checklist that ensures all equipment is calibrated and working properly; all client expectations have been met; all activities have been completed; the system has been explained, thoroughly demonstrated and the client is fully trained; all project manuals and warranty papers have been given to the client and stored; and the 90-day follow-up warranty visit has been scheduled.

- replace batteries in all the remotes
- clean all projector lenses and television screens
- track and make current all equipment warranties
- check bulb life of projectors and re-align their lens, if necessary
- re-calibrate any video or audio, if necessary
- check security battery and contact batteries
- perform glass break test
- assure emitters are secure
- re-adjust or focus cameras, if necessary
- provide any recommendations in a comprehensive, written assessment such as preventive actions, performance issues, usage patterns and new technologies and/or products.
